Start referring and keep your referral network grow!

I’d like to point out that referring should be done differently and easier than everybody is doing now. I selected few people who all agreed to work with me and I have to thank you for that.

When you log into Social Network (other than QYAO of course) send 1. Text already with message while adding friends. You can add 10 – 15 friends in 20 minutes. First of all I’d all ask you to prepare a text for first contact with new potential Members. Text – eye catcher, which will catch everybody’s attention. That kind of text is text offering earnings. It can’t be to flashy, must be realistic, truthful and short. I’m giving you the example:

When this person respond you’ll most likely see what kind of interests he/she has. Some will say no immediately, but most of people (especially from Social Networks) will go for it. Second contact is the most important, you have the person but now you can’t screw it up. You have to present him/her business as it is and you can’t make it sound to lame.

Once applicant signs under you, you can start showing him/her details and training him/her. Invite him/her in the forum where it will be easier for new Members to get necessary information they need when you are not around.

After third response you’ll see if they stay, become part time active or they want to take active approach. You focus of course on all who want active approach. Train them and advise them same way as you are trained and advised. Encourage them to select their best people and train them to form working teams as you did and as they did.

Realistically you can get out of your referrals in a first week about 5 – 10 serious referees who will start working seriously. Don’t dismiss totally other Members, guide them and send them message time to time, but primary focus should be on your active referrals/referees.

Very important part is if they upgrade, you’ll see if they are serious or not. It’s not fair to judge them by upgrade but you can see by the person after a while if he/she is able to afford upgrade or not. There are many people in the world that won’t be able to afford upgrade, so you can’t be judgmental. They all need to get equal chance and you should give it to them. All who will stay Regular Members send them all your URLs of your blogs and your sites at QYAO and connect them to Marc Dasco after that to guide them. He is a great guy with terrific personality and you can’t wish better trainer for your referrals. Other who can afford it and are willing to afford upgrade suggest them $27.00 it’s not a big amount and it take care of first 3 months, they won’t have any interruptions. You don’t need to force them for more than $27.00 because after that they’ll set it on automatic upgrade from earnings.

You can’t promote the upgrade too much because you’ll be getting weird questions as I’m getting. Let them know the options show them the difference which is enormous. Explain them that upgrade takes from 1 – 96 hours and they don’t get confirmation email, they’ll just see it in their account. They have to include their ID number and not login or name or anything else. When they are upgraded it takes 24 hours for first request payment. If they are not in USA they should focus on New York time and from this time 24 hours.

Best way is to hit the Social Networks. In other Social Networks you can get 10 or more referrals per day if you have the right approach. All who are participating in active referring should post the remarks and notes what is specific for some networks, so that all you can learn from each other.

Your accounts will be among most popular accounts and your blogs and sites the most visited among blogs and sites. You can copy my blogs and instructions from my sites and change them or leave them as they are. But make your own because it makes your account more popular?

Make your best referrals refer at least 10 or more new Members daily. Soon they’ll start doing more than that! Please start first with Social Networks and give me a feedback what responses you have so we can do some fine tuning and make necessary corrections.
