Territory Start-Up Costs, Annual & Franchise Fees

Email QYAO for Territory expense or if you are sure sign the Economy or City lease contract!

Applicant who decides for Franchise in particular Territory must first contact QYAO if Territory/City is available for this particular Franchise he/she is applying for. Even is the unit is not setup is doesn't mean is not under contract, some of Lessees and Franchisees might be just starting their business and unit is not setup yet.

Some units might be setup but there is not much going on. This means Lessee or Franchisee who own the unit might or might not be open for business from many reasons:

Starting out
Focusing on one part of the business
Waiting for Advertising Campaign
Waiting for Partners
In negotiation with Partners, Vendors, Merchants, etc.

QYAO can provide you with exact info about availability and evaluation of the unit for particular territory. For each million people in the territory annual lease costs $1,000. 1 million or less costs $1,000; 1,6 million territory costs $2,000 and you have to add setup fee which is the same all the time $600.00

Arlington, TX - city lease

Population ~ 400,000

Annual Lease $1,000.00
Setup Fee    $  600.00

Arlington, TX - economy lease

Population ~ 400,000

Annual Lease $600.00
Setup Fee    $600.00
