When you bid make normal offers with 5% - 10% increments. Don’t leave nasty messages or you can loose your account and all funds in the account. You might want to talk to the owner of the Unit first and discus the details before purchasing the Unit. If unit is generating $300.00 a day and it’s running less than a year fair estimate price would be:

$300.00 X 30 X 12 = $108,000.00

It the unit is running more than a year fair estimate price would be:

$300.00 X 30 X 24 = $216,000.00

Account Bidding

Same is with Account Bidding, make increments with 5% of monthly revenue when bidding. If Account is earning $50.00 daily you should go as high as is 3 months revenue:

$50.00 X 30 X 3 = $1,500.00

Depends also how many referrals have account and how many added friends. Popularity of the account is very important. If account has attached a lot of blogs, forums and other activities that mean account is popular so price will be higher than just 3 month revenue formula shows you.

When bidding on the Account or Unit keep in mind that all purchases must be done through QYAO so it can be controlled and safe from fraud.
